Ch. Annacott Alines Show Stopper is a lovely mahogany sable and white dog. He is quite small, being around 9", but he loves the show ring and moves along as if he owns the ring. Simon went to his first shows in Saskatoon where he went Winners dog all three days for 6 points. A month later he finished his title and went back to back best puppy in Group the same week-end. Simon is now with his new owners - Carla and Tegan Wilson and enjoying his new home and family.

"Smudgie", yes a funny name for a little dog but that is what my daughter called him and it has stuck with him!! He is the last of the litter to obtain his title. He was not really into the show scene like his siter and brother, who thought it was all great fun - Smudgie thinks chasing his ball up and down the hallway and around the room is great fun. He still keeps his owners hopping as he does not like to ever stop this activity.

Harmony is a wonderful little dog. She came, she saw, she conquered is how it feels when she came into my life when she was a few months old. It seems the judges must have felt the same way as after a couple of week-ends she had gained the points necessary for her title. What a bombastic girl - she feels life owes her a great deal and she is enjoying taking it.

Rumour is a very petite little girl and we waited until she was over a year old before deciding to show her. However, when she did go to the shows she decided to gain her title in style. She went BOW at the Specialty in Edmonton under breeder judge Grant Townshend. She followed this by finishing her title by going Best of Breed over the Specials and on to a Group 3rd. Quite a feat for such a small girl. The judge, Dr. Lee Reasin stated she was so nicely put together and not too long like so many in the ring these days. Quite a compliment. Thank you.

Society is a very pretty, sound little girl. She won her first points, a three point Best of Winners, at the Alberta Kennle Club show when she was 6 months old. She finished her title before she was 7 months old by going Best of Winners the first two days at Saskatoon for 2 - 4 points wins. The judges were Guy Jeavons and Bill Taylor. Thank you to the judges and other admirers of this little dog for their very kind comments.
Society went down to the States in April 2009 and her first week-end out she won her first 4 point major. A month later she had obtained her U.S. championship. She managed to win 3 - 4 point majors on the way to her title.These wins were mainly in region 8 - the toughest region taking well over 20 female for these 4 point wins. She is a very special little girl.
We bred Society's mother , Ch. Alines Patreese By Annacott, a very nice line breeding for the purpose of breeding on. Patci's first three puppies, Society, Show Stopper and Steal the Show are living up to their early promise.

Christie was a bit unexpected but there she was and I decided to show her. She was just over 9" and quite fun to show. She finished her title under breeder/judge Michael Hill. She is now in a home with another papillon and both of them are ruling the house!!

Her name means a star and that is what she is. Her mother aborted the litter because of a dead puppy in utero and this little one appeared from that litter. Two weeks premature, what a horrendous start to life. It was a major battle for survival, a battle that lasted 5 1/2 weeks. Many days I thought she was going to die and then back she came again. I have had many fights over the course of 30 plus years of breeding and I don't like to lose those battles. My vet will attest to that as he tells everyone to talk to me if they have weak puppies. Vega and I spent a lot of time together and I must say - she is worth it. She may never grow big enough for the show ring but she has the biggest heart, will for life and true gutsy feistiness that I have ever seen. She is also one of the smartest pups I have ever had. She is an easy puppy to live with as she is very good at entertaining herself and has made up many games that she plays. She also loves all the other dogs and gets right in there with them. Her poor mother, Keeley, has a major job on her hands keeping her safe as Vega bowls along at top speed among a herd of much bigger dogs. She really is a special puppy and is a reminder of what is really important in the dog game - not the wins - the absolute love and devotion that these little dogs bring with their very presence in our lives. Vega certainly makes me a better person.

Whimsy is a fun dog to show. She was born with a mind of her own and this has proven to be a challenge in the show ring. She lives life on her own terms. She started of her show career in Canada with a bang and after only a few week-ends in the ring has almost complteted her championship requirements. Along the way she won Best Bred By in Group twice.

Lindy is the long awaited puppy from Am/Can. Ch. Annacott Society Girl. She is very petite and hopefully grows big enough to show and breed. She is a very sweet puppy, with lovely head-piece, huge ears and certainly "dainty" bone.

Casper is a lovely young dog who came to stay with me in the Spring of 2009. He attended the U.S. National Specialty where he made the cut in all his classes. He then stood second at the Canadian National. His next trip was to Seattle to compete at the Specialty where he had a fabulous week-end and finished up by going Best in Sweepstakes. He then took 6 points by going BOW at all days at his next outings.
